This program is designed to encourage students' self-development, leading towards a sense of accomplishment upon completion. Students will not only learn academically in IITU, but also be the ambassadors of UiTM and subsequently Malaysia. The acquisitions of new languages, new skills, and new perspectives in academic and life could give extra edge in the job market.

Students will be attending a full semester in IITU. The courses will be in English and credit hours will be transferred accordingly when the students commence their study in UiTM the following semester.

FSKM under Tabung Amanah Pembangunan Pelajar (TAPA), has agreed to sponsor return flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Almaty, Kazakhstan amounting to RM 45,500.00. IITU is very enthusiastic to receive the students and willing to provide free accommodation in Almaty. The students need only to pay the usual academic fee to UiTM for the semester without any additional cost incurred in Kazakhstan.

Basic requirement and criteria are listed below : i. Minimum CGPA of 3.0 of the previous semester.

a. For Master students in their first semester, minimum of CGPA 3.0 in Bachelor Degree.

b. For Bachelor students in their first semester, minimum of CGPA 3.0 or equivalent in STPM. ii. A good grasp of English language (written / spoken). iii. Willingness to take responsibility as student and ambassador of UiTM and Malaysia. iv. Evidence of good attitude, commitment and motivation.
